We’ll schedule a consultation to see if we’re the right fit, walk through your needs, and recommend the best service for you. Once you’ve chosen your experience and signed your proposal, your date is officially reserved.

As your wedding approaches, we handle the details behind the scenes — final confirmations, logistics, layout, and styling. You’ll know everything is organized and under control, which means you can focus on enjoying your engagement, spending time with loved ones, and savoring the excitement instead of stressing over your to-do list.
On the day itself, our team manages the timeline, vendors, setup, and décor so everything runs smoothly and looks exactly as planned. We’re there to solve problems quietly, keep things on schedule, and ensure every detail feels intentional and beautifully executed. Your only job is to be present, celebrate, and soak in every moment.
Most couples book 6–12 months ahead, especially for weddings or large installations. Smaller events or balloon décor can sometimes be accommodated sooner depending on availability.

Absolutely. Every design we create is tailored specifically for your event and aesthetic. If you can dream it, we can create it — from custom signage to themed lounges to signature photo moments.

Absolutely. We communicate with your florist, venue, rental companies, and other creative partners to ensure everything aligns seamlessly with the design plan.
+ Can You Coordinate with My Other Vendors?

Yes. We carry a curated selection of décor pieces, backdrops, candles, linens, signage frames, and more. If your vision includes specialty rentals, we’ll source those as well.
+ Do You Provide Décor Rentals?
Yes — balloon arches, garlands, statement installs, and custom balloon designs are available for weddings and events.
+ Do You Offer Balloon Installations?
Yes. Our team personally handles the styling, setup, and breakdown of all décor so you don’t have to lift a finger on event day.
